Pennant Hills junior club umpires are rostered for all junior games on Sunday mornings up to under 12s. The umpire mentor program ensures that new (Green Shirt) umpires are always teamed with a more experienced Orange Shirt umpire. The club takes a zero tolerance attitude to anyone who criticises junior umpires so the environment is always positive.
